Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products, including fabric, sizing, and color. However, slight variations in color (due to screen/lighting differences) and minor handmade/fabric variation may occur, especially for handloom items. Body-type and size recommendations on the Site are guidance only, not a guarantee of fit — please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
• An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email/notification.

4. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible locations.
• Online payment (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping timelines and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Arovane name, logo, product photography, designs, and written content — is the property of Arovane and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality.
• Provide false information when placing an order or creating an account (e.g., fraudulent payment details).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arovane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
